-- A.

Ashley a licensed marriage and family therapist who provides compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals, couples, children, and families. With advanced training in systems theory, EMDR, and play therapy, Ashley approaches therapy by looking beyond symptoms to understand the full context of a person’s life and relationships. Clients often describe her as warm, patient, and deeply insightful—someone who creates a space where they feel both supported and gently challenged. Ashley is especially skilled at helping clients untangle long-standing patterns, process trauma, and build healthier, more connected relationships, offering therapy that is thoughtful, intentional, and designed to create lasting change.

"I always knew I “needed” therapy but disappointing experiences with other therapists left me skeptical. After realizing you were the therapist for me, it was amazing to see how therapy really is beneficial and my experience with you has me hopeful to continue on this journey."
